Our Complex Litigation Practice
Businesses know us for the quality of our litigation team; attorneys Jon Polenberg and Jude C. Cooper formerly practiced law at the esteemed law firm of Weil, Gotshal & Manges. Barbara J. Riesberg has more than 20 years of experience litigating complex matters as part of both national and boutique litigation practices. All 3 have been recognized by their peers as stellar litigators. Although commercial litigation can take any form, some of the most common commercial litigation cases handled by our firm include contract disputes, business disputes, antitrust matters, securities regulations, receiverships, workouts, construction litigation, real estate litigation, and insurance disputes.

The matters we have handled for our clients range from simple contracts to complex business acquisitions.
